Who will be coming into my home?
It will only be me, Dawn the owner of the business. 

Can my pets stay at your home?
No, at this time I am not able to care for any pets in my home.

I'd like to have my friend/relative/neighbor come check on my pets some of the time, and have you come the rest of the time.  Is that ok with you?
Unfortunately I cannot take a pet sit job that has a sharing of responsibility like that.  It is for insurance reasons.

How much time do you spend and what do you all do during a visit?
Visits are 30-40 minutes and include general pet care duties, such as feeding/water/medicating pets, cleaning litter boxes/cages, dog walking if time allows, and all the affection they let me dote on them.

How are my keys handled?
They are tagged with the pets name only, and kept in a lock box for future services.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, I am insured and bonded through PSI(Pet Sitters International), with Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

Can you provide references?
I am more than happy to provide references upon your request at anytime.
