My consultations are held during daylight hours.

I cannot and will not provide services until I've met with you and your pets.


The purpose of the consultation visit is to meet your pet(s) and you, and fill out all the necessary paperwork:  Contract/Pet Information/Vet Authorization and Key Release.

This time also allows me to familiarize myself with your home/pet routine and so I know that I am comfortable
caring for your pet(s) in your absence.  It also gives you time to feel comfortable with me.

Your Travel Itinerary and Contact Numbers While You Are Away
Emergency Contacts
Vets Name/Address/Phone Number
Any Medication Information
A Copy of Your Keys to Release to Me

Once we have completed the initial visit, you are then on file with PawPals for repeat bookings
and you only have to text, email, or call to check availability and update any new changes!
